Taster session 21st Jan 25

On the 21st January, 10 girls from YR6 took part in a gymnastics taster session at Crewe and Nantwich Gymnastics Centre.

The girls warmed up on the gymnastics floor and were amazed by their surroundings.

They took part in some floor routines and some beam routines using all the equipment available.

They then went into the beam area where they practised swinging and keeping balance while holding on to the beam. Once practised, they moved on to jumps by bouncing on the trampoline and performing a tuck, straddle or pike jump into the foam pit.

The girls absolutely loved their time at the centre and are asking every day when we could go back.
