This week, our Year 6 class put on an amazing assembly all about the Tudors and everything we’ve learned so far.

We explored the fascinating reigns of Henry VIII, Mary I, and Elizabeth I, showing how each monarch shaped the country. Some of us acted out Henry VIII’s choices with his 6 wives.

We talked about Bloody Mary and Elizabeth and how they changed the Tudor era.

We also included fun facts about Tudor life, like their unusual diets and the strict punishments they used for breaking laws.

Our assembly ended with other exciting things we have learnt in year 6 and what we have to look forward to! It was a brilliant way to share our learning and bring history to life!
